Public Speaking: Presentation Skills for Leaders
Welcome to Public Speaking - and a memorable Semester!
Check us out (see more pix under Class photos):
Sit in on the Lecture and/or a Tutorial in Week 1. You'll see - like this class did - that learning is fun!

NOTICES
- Welcome to Week 1 of "Fear-less" Public Speaking: Learning How to Speak Out . . . With Confidence!
- Thanks to the supportive classmates you are about to meet - many of whom will become friends during the semester - you will feel less nervous about giving a speech. Of course, bashing a bar stool and other brilliant methods of instruction will play their part, too.
- Discover why a recent graduate of the course said: "I am feeling much more confident about public speaking - and I didn't think that was possible."
- Hang in there. Your confidence and skills will increase, and the work will become relatively easier as the semester progresses.
- The Lecture is in the University Centre Building starting in Week 1; please check the timetable for time and location
- The Tutorials - which also start in Week 1 - are held in the same building, in BLD06_2_10 Seminar 4 (formerly Theatre 8). Go up the stairs at the right side of The Brasserie, turn left at Level 2 (the first landing) through the double doors. Check the timetable.
- No classes in Week 8 because of the extra, Family-Friends/Memorable Moment speeches in the Week 5 evening class
